No snow on 4 mile run

I ran 4 mile run today from Shirlington, and it was clear up until it joined the W&OD trail. It was messy for a few tenths of a mile, and then seemed to clear up again (although I did not go that far). I think it was actually plowed!
It might be an option until the Mt. Vernon trail melts. |

I heard that the W&OD is plowed, though they can't do all the way to the pavement, as their budget only allows repaving every few years or so, so they don't want to scrape off the trail.
