5 yrs. 4 marathons, 4 1/2 marathons, 2 triathlons, attempted the JFK 50 miler this year...only completed 30 miles ;(

What's your pace (it's ok if you don't know it yet... )

10-12 if long trail...8:30-9:30 if 3 miles or less.
