Introduction

This group definitely kept me committed to the runs! Wonderful people, and now if I say I'll be there, I always show up!

Where would you prefer to run?

Arlington area, or downtown DC at lunch time or early morning.

How long have you been running?

On and off for three years (blame the "off" on various volleyball injuries...)

What's your pace (it's ok if you don't know it yet... )

I tend to average 11 to 12 minute miles depending on the distance (sadly, I walk almost at the same pace as I run...)
