Early Morning Track Workout

Thursday morning we'll be doing another early morning track workout. We'll meet on Washington-Lee High School track and do a speed workout. I'll plan the workout for an hour, but you're welcome to stay as long as you want or can. All levels welcome and encouraged!!

    Candi, we usually work out for about 50 minutes. Workouts vary--repeat 400s, 800s, or 1200s; sometimes we run a lap, do pushups, run a lap, do situps....Pretty laid back...you can do whatever you want.
