Saturday Run - 80 Min

LOCATION UPDATE: The start will be at Roosevelt Island.

This week we'll meet at the Roosevelt Island parking lot at 9:15am and head out on the Mt. Vernon Trail at 9:30am.

Route:
From the parking lot we'll head South on the trail.

Pace/Duration:
All paces are welcome! This is a timed route, so everyone will run his/her own pace and turn around at the halfway time marker. If you're training for the Zooma Half you'll be doing 80 min and if you're not training for anything feel free to run for as long as you like. I will do at least 60 min total.

Parking:
For those of you driving, please note that the parking lot is ONLY accessible from the northbound lane of GW parkway. You will see it right after the Roosevelt Bridge. If the lot fills up, there is street parking in Rosslyn, just remember to put feed the meter.

Metro:
Rosslyn --exit the station and turn left on Moore St, right on 19th St, left on Lynn. Take a right onto the Mt. Vernon Trail entrance just after Lee Highway, before Key Bridge. The trail will take you to the parking lot. 5-10 min walk.
