We're going to run in DC!
We'll be meeting inside our usual Crystal City garage (free parking!), taking the Mt. Vernon Trail over to DC -- let's run along the water over to the Georgetown Waterfront -- if you're fast enough (or training for the full marathon), keep on going towards the Capital Crescent Trail.
Those of you training for the Cherry Blossom or the Half Marathon (taper starts this week!), you'll be running 45 minutes before turning around and heading back. Those training for a May Marathon run for 1:15 minutes then turn back, and those of you not training for anything can join us for any of the runs above, or any other distance you feel comfortable with.
Saturday might be raining -- I'm out if it is, and I'll do the run on Sunday instead (running in the rain for 90 minutes is no fun, even if it's 60 degrees...) I'll email any cancellations by 9am that morning, but brave group runners tend to show up even when it's canceled!
If you're afraid of your pace, or cannot run the whole thing, a walk/run pace is more than ok -- since we're all turning around at the same time, we will start and end together, as always. Despite the scary long runs, beginner runners should not be discouraged -- you can always walk part of it!

So I will not cancel this even if I'm lazy, since Ashley will be there rain or shine. If it's sprinkling, I'm there. If it's pouring, I'm out -- but the run will still be ON for those people who are MUCH more badass than me!
