I'm bringing you back to the Shirlington area!
We will meet in Shirlington right in front of Caribou Coffee (S. Randolph Street and Campbell Ave (former 28th St).

We'll take the trail at Arlington Mill Dr, over to Barcroft Park (which ends at George Mason Dr), then take the Four Mile Run Trail, catching the W&OD after crossing Columbia Pike.
The people training for the Cherry Blossom will aim for 40 minutes before turning around, while those training for the Half Marathon in March, will run for 70 minutes before the turn around point, and the ones training for a Marathon in May, will be running 90 minutes before coming back.
If you're not training for anything, either join us for one of the distances above, or do whatever you feel comfortable with.
If you're afraid of your pace, or cannot run the whole thing, a walk/run pace is more than ok. Despite the scary long runs, beginner runners should not be discouraged -- you can always walk part of it, or run a shorter time.
Parking is free at any of the Shirlington garages (if you park on the street, remember to put change in the meter).
PLEASE NOTE:
As Shirlington is not metro accessible, if anyone can do a metro pick up (maybe around 9:15am?), please let me know! If you need a ride from the metro, post it on your RSVP.
