Note the 6:45pm starting time for this Wednesday's run.

Join me this Wednesday for either a 40 minute or a longer 80 minute run -- or anything in between!

Let's meet up at the Free Parking in Crystal City (right outside by the entrance of the garage on 18 st, between the metro and Crystal Dr.).

We'll head out on Mt. Vernon trail and when the trail splits, turn right and head South, towards Old Town. 20/40 minutes then turning back to where we started.

Keep in mind that this section of Mt. Vernon Trail is mostly shaded, so it should help a bit with the heat!

If you can't run the whole thing yet and need to run/walk, you're welcome to join us as well!
