I'm so sorry! I wasn't feeling well and slept in - much later than I expected. I love running and will be sure to show up next Tuesday.
- yes, I too am sorry. Like Margaret said after months of running I don't believe I have ever slept in, well maybe once or twice but nonetheless, I do apologize for not making it. I will be there next week :)!
Bree--I'm SO sorry! In 8 months of doing these early morning runs, this morning was the first morning that I completely overslept. I guess I set my alarm, but never turned it on?! Coincidentally, I had messages from Megan and Donnie that they weren't going to make it, so it looks like you were stranded. I promise I'll be there next time!!

Hey ladies! I showed up at 5:15 this morning, but I couldn't find anyone. I ran the Mt Vernon trail anyway and watching the sun rise over the water was really beautiful. I hope we can connect next time!
