Thursday let's do a 40 minute run, or how ever long you would like to run for, meeting at the Free Parking in Crystal City (Corner of 18th and Crystal Dr., near the Crystal City metro). We'll head out on Mt. Vernon trail and when the trail splits, turn left and head North, towards DC. 20 minutes out and 20 minutes back. If you don't want to run for 40 minutes just take your total time and split it in half so you have your out and back time!

    Oops! I followed the directions on the map (which are not the same as the actual written directions). I ended up by the Ballston Metro stop! But, I found a race track nearby and had a nice run anyway! Hope everyone enjoyed themselves.
