Tuesday let's do a 40 minute run, meeting at the Free Parking in Crystal City (Corner of 18th and Crystal Dr., near the Crystal City metro). We'll head out on Mt. Vernon trail and when the trail splits, turn left and head NORTH, towards DC. 20 minutes out and 20 minutes back.

Bring a headlamp and reflective gear, as it will be dark out there when we meet.
