Welcome back from a weekend of ea


ting. Let's burn some of those calories!! Monday morning we'll meet at 5:15 am at the Free Parking in Crystal City (corner of 18th and Crystal Drive, less than a block from the Crystal City metro). Parking is free until 7 am in the garage. We'll head out onto the Mt. Vernon Trail for 45 minutes--22 1/2 minutes out and 22 1/2 minutes back. When the trail splits, turn left and head towards DC.

Bring a headlamp and reflective gear, as it will be dark out there when we meet.
