Thursday Ben will lead a 50 minute run. We'll meet at the Free Parking in Crystal City (Corner of 18th and Crystal Dr., near the Crystal City metro) and head out on Mt. Vernon trail. When the trail splits, turn left and head North, towards DC. 25 minutes out and 25 minutes back.
