The standard Sunday run, time adjusted for fall season. I will be out of town, so y'all will be on your own.

Normal route starts at Arlington Cemetery and heads towards the Capitol, but feel free to change that up if the mood strikes. Aim for 60 minutes, but if you need to go longer or shorter for your training plan, don't let this time limit you.

Parking is available at the Cemetery, at Iwo Jima (short walk away) or at your local metro station with a ride on the train.

Have fun and enjoy the extra hour of sleep.
